Since one of the essential principles of this legal framework is transparency, we have prepared this document to inform you about how we collect, use, transfer, and protect your personal data when you interact with us regarding our products and services, including through our website or mobile applications.

Infobits Academy is the trade name of S.C. L&S Soft Management Impex S.R.L., a Romanian legal entity, having its registered office in Voluntari, Aleea Aviației nr. 10, Ilfov County, registered in the Trade Register under no. J23/1969/2019, with the unique tax registration code RO14864546 (hereinafter "Infobits Academy" or "we"). For the purposes of data protection legislation, we are the operator when processing your personal data.

We collect your personal data directly from you, so you have control over the type of information you provide us. On our website and in the smartphone application, we may store and collect information in cookies and similar technologies, according to our Cookie Policy.

As a general rule, we will store your personal data as long as you have an account on the platform. You can request the deletion of certain information or the closure of the account at any time, and we will respond to these requests, subject to retaining certain information even after account closure, in situations where applicable law or our legitimate interests require it.

We are committed to ensuring the security of personal data by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures, according to industry standards. The transmission of your personal data is done using state-of-the-art encryption algorithms and we store them on secure servers, ensuring data redundancy at the same time. For payments, we use the services of the Stripe payment processor. Any payment information is encrypted using HTTPS technology with TSL 1.2 encryption.

Despite the measures taken to protect your personal data, we draw your attention to the fact that the transmission of information over the Internet, generally, or through other public networks, is not completely secure, and there is a risk that data may be seen and used by unauthorized third parties. We cannot be responsible for such vulnerabilities of systems that are not under our control.

You can also exercise your right to complain to the competent supervisory authority or to address the courts.
