5. The purpose of this application is to be able to work in the Python 3 programming language with the help of this programming environment, in Romanian.

Infobits Academy cannot be held responsible for any errors on the site for any reason, including due to changes, settings, etc., and cannot be held responsible for any loss of information caused by server malfunctions on which the site is hosted. We work intensively for the correct functioning of the platform day by day. Please contact us to remedy the problem encountered.
7. Infobits Academy is not responsible for the content, quality, or nature of the sites that can be accessed through links from the platform's website, regardless of the nature of these links. The responsibility for those sites lies entirely with the owners of the respective sites.
8. The user of the site agrees to receive promotional messages from us when they have entered an email address in our database using the newsletter field on the site or direct acceptance. Additionally, some messages are sent automatically to announce new content within the courses in which the user is actively participating. If you wish to be removed from our database, please send a request in this regard.
9. The payment method for purchasing subscriptions/modules is “Online by bank card” (stripe.com) and you need to fill in a form with your card information on the secure Checkout page. Credit/debit card payments issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are carried out through the “3-D Secure” system developed by organizations that ensure online transactions the same level of security as those carried out at an ATM or in the physical environment, at the merchant. “3-D Secure” ensures primarily that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on the store's servers or on the payment processor's servers, these data being directly entered into the Visa and MasterCard systems.
10. Depending on your mobile device, there is the possibility of payment through Google Pay or Apple Pay, the payment buttons appearing automatically in the payment form (Checkout).
11. After confirming and accepting the online payment for the chosen subscription, each course module can be accessed by the user according to the associated data (with duration – monthly, modular, annually, as the case may be).
12. The masterpy.com platform does not retain sensitive information about the user's personal banking information.
13. Unsubscription can be done at any time, there are no hidden clauses in this regard. The associated content will remain available, according to the agreed term at purchase.
14. To securely download electronic documents, to access the materials offered online, the multiple-choice tests, etc., you need to have a user account that can be initially created completely free of charge.
